like VERY good hand drawn pictures on like 8 1/2 x 12 Inch sketch paper and stuff? Like people in prisons draw? Ive seen people pay good money for them but dont know if a lot of people would.

I think that there%26#039;s a market for everything, but you need to know how to market yourself.
My advice is to start an Etsy shop and sell your drawings there. Buy QUALITY paper (yes, I know it%26#039;s expensive, but if you want to be taken seriously, you%26#039;ll need to do this), and mount and/or frame your drawings. Make it something that someone would want to buy.
